◆ Disclaimer

Helm is not a law firm.

And nothing Helm produces constitutes legal advice.

What Helm is

Helm is software. Specifically, it is an automated audit tool that reads your business bank transactions (read-only, via Teller), identifies Merchant Cash Advance debits, performs reconciliation math against the terms you provide, and generates form letter templates that reference publicly available statutes.

What Helm is not

  • Helm is not a law firm.
  • Helm is not a licensed attorney or legal services provider.
  • Helm does not represent you in disputes with your MCA funder.
  • Helm does not file documents with any court or regulatory body on your behalf.
  • Helm does not give advice about whether to pursue, settle, or abandon any dispute.

When you should talk to a lawyer

Before sending any letter Helm generates — especially a reconciliation demand, a stacking notice, or a UCC lien response — you should consider having it reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state. Helm's output is a starting point, not a final product.

No attorney-client relationship

Using Helm, reading this website, or corresponding with us at support@helmhelps.com does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with Helm are not privileged.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep state-specific statutes and reconciliation math current. But laws change, and fact patterns are individual. Helm does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any generated document to your specific situation.
