Why we built it
Owners we talked to didn't need a legal strategy. They needed a clear ledger and a calculator that could hold multiple MCAs, factor rates, holdback clauses, and daily ACH debits at the same time. Existing tools gave them none of that. Spreadsheets failed within the first month. Accountants were expensive and slow. Attorneys wouldn't take the case without evidence, and the evidence was exactly what was missing.
So we built the evidence engine. Connect the bank, run the math, produce the package.

Helm is a product of Turbo Puffin, LLC — a small studio building software for small businesses that the larger software world has decided aren't worth the customer acquisition cost.
